In the depths of the night, thirty Zappos employees took to the streets of Hanover, New Hampshire to deliver some surprise and delight.

A delivery truck with #ZapposLovesHanover employed an all night mission to drop off presents to all 1,900 residences before dawn. Although Hanover is a very small town, it was chosen due to their extreme loyalty to the brand. There was a video captured that Zappos published on social media letting the entire world in on the stunt.

Zappos’ campaign lent itself to success by creating even more reason for their loyal and passionate fans to believe in Zappos. They also provided an organic experience where fans could feel special – drawing emotion into the hearts of others.
