Trulia, the real estate website, has started a “12 Days of Christmas” social media campaign that focuses around a very special couple—Ginger Fred and his wife.

Ginger Fred is in fact a gingerbread man, and each day of his holiday season house hunt will be shared on Instagram, starting December 1. Searching for a home is rarely a December activity, but Trulia hopes to change that with this clever campaign. They’ll be partnering with Million Dollar Listings celebrity agents and highlighting fun (gingerbread)house buying facts to amp up interest in buying and selling during the holiday season.
