A spokesperson for the skincare line, Washington has advocated for products that cater to a broader – more inclusive – range of skin shades and tones. During the fan chats, she introduced an extended line for Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup. She also made the days of three lucky fans, who will no doubt purchase and promote Neutrogena among their friends and family in perpetuity. The “surprise and delight” tactic is also being distributed in social channels in an effort to amplify the reach of the one-on-one, personal interactions with Kerry.
