Estee Lauder is tapping into Facebook Messenger with a chatbot that helps users determine their perfect shade of Double Wear Foundation.

The bot will ask the user a series of questions to help select the right foundation for their skin type. This initiative does a good job of making a normally impersonal interaction more personal and tailored to each user. A nice way to leverage social as a means for driving measurable sales.
